Lauri Dugan is the co-founder and Executive Vice President of RBServices. She started her insurance career with an insurance wholesaler and quickly moved into the Underwriting Manager position for a large Managing General Agent (MGA). Lauri has approximately 30 years of property and casualty insurance experience.
As one of the MGA leaders, Lauri was instrumental in establishing, training, and managing Back Office Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. She spent month’s abroad training the team on insurance terminology, rating, and policy issuance. While in this role, she identified the importance of standardized workflows, procedures, training, and accountability. She was the driving force implementing BPO services, standardization and workflows for remote offices statewide and abroad. Years later, seeing the impact of service excellence utilizing BPO services, workflow, and standardized processes, she co-founded RBServices.
Kimberly Strausman is an accomplished technology executive serving as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for RBServices. She leads the global Information Technology (IT) operations, overseeing technology systems and infrastructure. Kimberly has worked in the insurance sector for over twenty years spearheaded transformative initiatives, showcasing her ability to lead in complex technological landscapes. Additionally, her contributions to education, and teaching technology classes at renowned institutions, highlight her commitment to sharing knowledge and fostering growth. Kimberly is dedicated to helping RBServices thrive by leveraging technology to its fullest potential.
Leanza-Dawn Nye is the Client Relations Specialist for RBServices. She began her career in insurance with Shelter Insurance were she was an Office Manager while working towards obtaining an insurance license. While there, she assisted the agent with day-to-day activities including preparing quotes, following-up with renewal customers, and networking.
Before her career in insurance Leanza was a licensed Real Estate Agent and member of the National Association of Realtors. Being an agent taught Leanza valuable communication skills, the importance of organization and gave her a hardworking, competitive drive. No matter what field she is working in Leanza is determined to give 100% to help her clients reach their goals.
Ashley Blaeholder began her insurance career as an assistant. She quickly obtained her Property & Casualty license working her way up to Large Commercial Lines Account Manager. Before her insurance career, Ashley worked in the customer service field for over 10 years. As a Customer Service Representative, Ashley learned valuable communication and organization skills. Ashley’s firsthand experience of underwriting challenges and her passion for helping people, give her the unique ability to offer personalized and experienced-backed solutions to RBS customers.
Katrina Smith is a Client Relations Assistant at RBServices, bringing a wealth of experience and a strong educational background to her role. With a previous career in education, Katrina has developed exceptional skills in handling diverse responsibilities, prioritizing tasks, and finding creative solutions to overcome obstacles. Her ability to establish clear deadlines and her dedication to providing outstanding client service make her a valuable asset to the RBServices team.
